It seems inescapable to conclude that the US president has committed our country to the wrong side of the most important conflict yet in this century. The question is, with a midterm election (only) coming up, and the presidency (even before Trump) having virtually seized the warmaking power (and control over foreign policy in general), what can we do? Will the Democrats have the balls to simply refuse to fund the regime? Because, serious question, if push comes to narcissistic traumatic defiance, what can we do about it?
