Particularly in view of the fact that stimulus package apparently will include substantial middle class tax cuts (all along part of Obama's program), I think Nancy Pelosi is absolutely right to insist on early repeal of the Bush tax cuts. These cuts were heavily weighted towards the wealthiest Americans, and are very destructive to our economy.
I've not been a fan of Pelosi, for a variety of reasons, but in this she's clearly right.
